Check-in from 3:00 pm / check-out by 10:00 am (for rental caravans with self-cleaning until the agreed check-out date.)
Key handover:
► Chalets in the Schwanensee area and Sommarbÿ cottages: Check-in & Check-out at the Sommarbÿ reception. If you arrive later (outside the opening hours of our Sommarbÿ reception), please let us know!
You will then receive your keys at the main reception.
►Chalets in the Wrogewald area and rental caravans: Check-in & check-out at the main reception.
