Check-out by 10:00 a.m. (for rental caravans with self-carried out final cleaning by the agreed check-out date).
Cleaning tasks:
- Rental caravan: The following cleaning work is not included in a booked cleaning and will be charged extra if not done:
€50: Emptying + cleaning toilet. 25,- € each: Washing up and putting away dishes, emptying rubbish bins and folding blankets. - Cottages & chalets: The following cleaning work will be charged extra if it has not been completed: Washing up and putting away the dishes or, where available, emptying the dishwasher, removing the bed linen and emptying the rubbish bin cost €25 each.
Key handover:
- Chalets in the Schwanensee area and Sommarbÿ cottages: Check-in & Check-out at Sommarbÿ reception
- Chalets in the Wrogewald area and rental caravans:
Check-in & check-out at the main reception desk
You are welcome to spend the day with us after passing through the barriers.
Simply park your vehicle in our large car park opposite the main reception.
