There are several military training areas in the Lüneburger Heide. Particularly in the early and late season, there may be occasional disturbances. Südsee-Camp unfortunately has no influence on this and excludes any liability for such disturbances. On most days of the year, however, you won't notice the exercises at all, especially at weekends and in the height of summer. The positive thing about the training grounds is that the surrounding nature is sometimes very unspoilt and therefore offers a particularly diverse range of flora and fauna. However, please pay attention to the signs when going for a walk and do not leave the public paths near the training grounds.
