If you have lost something on our campsite and it is found, the items will first go to reception. Items with a value of less than €10 are placed in the lost property tower in front of the "Südsee-Trends" shop. Items with a higher value will be kept in reception for approx. 7 days and then handed over to the Wietzendorf lost property office.
Bicycles and Scooters are handed to our rental station before going to the lost property office.
If you want items to be forwarded to you, you must send us a DHL parcel label and we will send the parcel to you.
