Are there rules for e-scooters?

To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable stay, the following rules apply to the use of e-scooters on our campsite:

1. Minimum age
   Riding is only permitted from the age of 14 – even under supervision or on private paths. (German law)
   
   
2. Only one person per scooter
   E-scooters are single-person vehicles. Riding with two people is prohibited – even for short distances or with children. (German law)
   
   
3. Consideration and speed
   Walking speed (max. 5 km/h) applies throughout the entire site. Pedestrians and children playing always have right of way.
   
   
4. Insurance requirement
   Every e-scooter must have valid liability insurance (indicated by the insurance sticker). Uninsured vehicles may not be used. (German law)
