How and when to pay?

Please transfer the due deposit of 20% of the tour price, but at least €50.00, by the date stated in your booking confirmation; please pay the remaining amount no later than 30 days before the start of your holiday.

If no deposit and/or final payment is received by the relevant deadlines (receipt of payment), we reserve the right to send a payment reminder and the right of cancellation with costs. Payment terms deviating from this are only possible by arrangement and require written confirmation from Südsee-Camp.

Short-term bookings: For bookings made up to 30 days before the start of the trip, the full price of the trip is due immediately.
