If you have changes made to the existing contract (persons, camping pitches/rental properties in the same category or larger, change arrival or departure days by 1-2 days), we will charge you the new price and a processing fee of €15.00 per rental property/pitch.
Rescheduling to another period: If you want to change the travel period completely, this is usually only possible after a cancellation and rebooking. To simplify matters, we also offer you the option of rebooking from 44 days and up to 7 days before arrival and after payment of the cancellation fee applicable during this period. In this case, the cancellation costs for the new booking will be credited as a gesture of goodwill if the new travel price at least covers the otherwise applicable cancellation costs or exceeds them, the rebooking is made for the first time and the new travel date is in the same or following calendar year. A rebooking fee of €30.00 will be charged. The date change must be declared in writing before the start of the trip and the new travel period must be specified within a maximum of 14 days. Rescheduling requests that do not meet these requirements will be treated as regular cancellations.
If the new travel dates are cancelled, the goodwill credit (previous cancellation costs) expires and the currently applicable cancellation costs must be paid in addition. Rebookings or transfers to third parties are not possible. Cancellation costs incurred will not be paid back under any circumstances.
Transferring bookings to third parties: If you are unable to travel yourself, you can transfer the complete booking to a third party from 44 days and up to 7 days before arrival. In this case, we will charge you a €30.00 rebooking fee. You remain jointly and severally liable for the invoice of the replacement tenant. A partial transfer of a few days is not possible.
