You can withdraw from the contract at any time! The cancellation must be declared in writing. Decisive for the time of cancellation is the receipt of the declaration of cancellation by fax: +49 (0)5196 980299, by post: Südsee-Camp, Südsee-Camp 1, 29649 Wietzendorf or by e-mail: info@suedsee-camp.de.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will charge a processing fee of € 30.00 per rental property/pitch as well as reasonable compensation in accordance with § 537 Para. 1 BGB (German Civil Code) according to the following list:
- Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the stay:
- 0 % of the total price confirmed at the time of booking
- Cancellation 44 - 30 days before the start of the stay:
- 20% of the total price confirmed at the time of booking
- Cancellation 29 - 0 days before the start of the stay:
- 80% of the total price confirmed at the time of booking
In the event of late cancellation, late arrival or early departure, or if you do not start your trip without informing us, we retain our full claim to the booking price (100% of the total price confirmed at the time of booking). This also applies if you do not make use of all or part of the services. In these cases, we will reimburse you for any expenses saved.
Rental properties and camping pitches that are not occupied by 3 p.m. on the day after the planned arrival and for which no agreement has been made regarding later occupancy can be used by Südsee-Camp for other purposes. The occupation of a pitch or rental property by Südsee-Camp does not constitute the provision of a replacement tenant, as the guests could generally be accommodated elsewhere.
