Have you tried to book online and now the pitch is gone?
If the booking takes longer than 20 minutes, it will be automatically cancelled and the space will be blocked for at least 30 minutes.
This is to prevent double bookings. However, it also means that reception cannot book this space for you during the blocking period.
Please repeat the booking after the time has expired.
