Your digital guest card: the cWallet
With the cWallet, you can keep an eye on your stay with us at all times - convenient, digital and easy to use. Registration is very straightforward via a link that you already receive with your booking confirmation by email. Important: When registering, please make sure you use the same email address that you used to make the booking - other addresses will not be accepted.
You will find all the important information about your booking in the cWallet:
- View current and future bookings
- Check in directly from 3 pm - electricity is even activated automatically for pitches
- Book electricity up to 10 or 16 amps (GT2000, Pilzwiese, See-Eck & Sommerland)
- Check the current electricity consumption (GT2000, Pilzwiese, See-Eck & Sommerland)
- Pay outstanding amounts conveniently
- Display guest QR code - for reception, swimming pool, pirate's nest and the hire shop
For guests in rental properties (e.g. house, chalet or rental caravan): Please report briefly to reception before checking in so that we can hand over your keys.
