Right next to reception, there is a separate room for the self-check-in machine, ideal for arrivals outside reception hours and to avoid long waiting times for spontaneous arrivals.
Opening hours of the self-check-in room
- Daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Bookable services
The self-check-in machine works like an online booking and can only be used for camping bookings.
The following cannot be booked via the machine:
- Rental properties (e.g. rental caravans, chalets, holiday homes)
- Seewald area
- MC pitches (mobile home pitches)
Procedure at the machine
- The touch display is self-explanatory.
- Longer loading times are normal; the process is still being carried out correctly.
- The EC card machine initially displays a red screen and is only activated after selecting ‘Payment’.
Important note – please use the filter
To ensure that only suitable pitches are displayed, we strongly recommend using the filter at the beginning of the booking process.
You can use the filters to select, for example:
- Dogs allowed/not allowed
- Electricity requirements
- Paved pitches
This is the only way to ensure that you are shown pitches that are really suitable.
Note on travel cancellation insurance
Please note: Travel cancellation insurance can be added via the machine – this is not normally necessary for spontaneous arrivals.
