Right next to reception, there is a separate room for the self-check-in machine, ideal for arrivals outside reception hours and to avoid long waiting times for spontaneous arrivals.

- Daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Bookable services: Camping pitches
The self-check-in machine works like an online booking and can only be used for camping bookings.
The following cannot be booked via the machine: accommodation (rental caravans, chalets, holiday homes), rental bathrooms, Seewald area (tent meadow), MC spaces by the lake (motorhome spaces) -> these can be booked directly at reception.
The short-stay pitches at the Caravan park (Übernachtungsoase) have their own check-in machines (accessible 24 hours a day).
Procedure at the machine
- The machine is operated via the touch display.
- For the best choice of pitch, please use the filter function. Please note: Dogs are only allowed in certain areas.
- Longer loading times are normal, but the process is still being carried out correctly (you may need to zoom out and in again).
- The EC card reader initially displays a red screen and is only activated for payment.
- Cancellation protection can also be booked via the machine.
